校园娱乐 and 健康 政策

All patrons are expected to abide by the established 规章制度 for the Department of 校园娱乐 and 健康 facilities as well as all USA 政策和程序. Failure to follow the 规章制度 governing Campus 矩形reation and 健康 facilities and programmed activities will result in disciplinary action including possible removal from the facilities and suspension of privileges as well as possible referral to Judicial Affairs.

日间储物柜 may be used daily at no charge. All items and the lock must be removed by the end 每一天.  租赁储物柜 are available in full size and half size.

• USA Student 矩形reation Center (SRC) guest passes may be purchased at the front desk for $10 per guest, per day.  All guests 19 and above must sign a release from liability 入场前填写表格. Members are limited to 2 guests per day.
  • For guests under the age of 19, a parent or guardian must fill out the waiver on behalf 客人的. 按此浏览 Digital Waiver - Minor Guest.
• There are no refunds on guest fees. In the event of pool closure, guests may use other SRC的范围. See our Dependent Policy below for accessible areas for guests age 15岁及以下.
• Guests must enter and exit with their sponsoring member. 
• Each guest pass is valid for one operational day.
• A member and their guest may return together, during the same business day, with their 收据及附有相片的身份证. Guests may not return without the original member sponsor.
• To ensure the safety of minors, any guest under the age of 16 must be accompanied and supervised by the sponsoring adult at all times.
• Guests age 15岁及以下 are allowed entry only during 依赖于时间.
• Any current USA employee is eligible to sponsor themselves into the USA Student 矩形reation Center for $5 per one-day guest pass. Employees must present their faculty/staff ID card and sign a release of liability 入场前填写表格. Guest Fee policy change:  Beginning April 1st, 2024 教员/员工 will still be able to sponsor themselves but the guest fee will be $10 per person.
• Any violation 客人的 policy may result in suspension of guest sponsorship privileges 或访客访问. 

All children who use 校园娱乐 and 健康 facilities, including the outdoor 池，必须有一个 活跃会员 不论年龄大小. 依赖于时间 被限制. During Fall and Spring semesters, children age 15岁及以下 may only use the Student 矩形reation Center on Fridays after 3:00pm, all day Saturday, and all 天星期天.

As defined by the Department of 校园娱乐 and 健康, for the purpose of accessing the Student 矩形reation Center, a dependent status exists anywhere there is a parent or legal guardian/child relationship. The member may be asked to provide evidence that this relationship exists at the time s/he completes the dependent waiver form. Member will be charged for year-round 会员 for up to two dependents; additional dependents will be free of charge. 夏天, holiday dependent passes are charged per child for all children in the family. 

The dependent eligibility will terminate when the dependent reaches age 26. 在 age of 26, the dependent must have their 自己的 relationship with the University and purchase their 自己的 会员.

Dependents' Level of Access

• Aged up to 3: Only permitted in swimming pools with direct parent/guardian 监督 在依赖时间. Swimming diapers are required.
• Ages 3-15: Permitted to use the track, swimming pools, multi-purpose courts, indoor soccer court, and racquetball courts with direct parent/guardian 监督 during 依赖于时间.
• Ages 6-15: Permitted to use the climbing wall with direct parent/guardian 监督 在依赖时间. Child must wear climbing shoes and be able to climb on their 自己的. Our climbing shoes start at Size 2.
• Ages 10-15: Permitted to participate in 南Fit classes with direct parent/guardian 监督 在依赖时间. Dependents must actively participate in the class 在整个过程中.
• Ages 12-15: Permitted to use cardio machines and hot tub with direct parent/guardian 监督 在依赖时间.
• Ages 14-15: Permitted to use weight rooms and functional training areas with direct parent/guardian 监督 在依赖时间.
• Ages 16+: Permitted in all areas of the Student 矩形reation Center without parent/guardian 监督. Not restricted to 依赖于时间. These members should be prepared to present a form of identification showing their age.

All dependents using the Student 矩形reation Center must have a 会员 进入设施.

Direct parent/guardian 监督 is defined as being in the same room no farther 相距不到20英尺. Parent/guardian MUST be actively participating in the same activity 作为依赖者，e.g. playing 篮球 together, playing racquetball together, 一起游泳等. This does not mean, for example, that the parent can be in a group exercise class while the dependent sits along the wall and watches.

• Only members' dependents are allowed to use the Kids' Play Zone.
• Members must remain in the Student 矩形reation Center and may not leave the building while their dependents are in the Kids' Play Zone.
• There is a limit of eight (8) children at a time in the Kids' Play Zone. 访问 on a first-come, first-serve basis.
• Children can stay in the Kids' Play Zone for a maximum of two hours per visit.
• Children must be potty trained and between the ages of 3-12 to utilize this service.
• The parent/legal guardian who drops the child off must be the same parent/legal guardian 谁把孩子抱起来. No exceptions will be made to this policy, unless made with a professional staff member with both parents/guardians present.
• The use of the Kids' Play Zone does not require a dependent 会员. 然而,一个 child's use of any other areas in the Student 矩形reation Center will require purchase 一个成员的.
• Children may bring water in a sippy cup or sports bottle into the Kids' Play Zone, but no other food or drinks are allowed.
